The course satisfies the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's circular «Guideline for electrical energy storage systems (maritime EES systems) onboard Norwegian ships”.


After completing and passing the course, participants must be able to lead and perform work tasks related to operating, inspecting and maintaining maritime battery systems in accordance with guidance on requirements for training on chemical storage for energy (maritime battery systems) on board Norwegian ships.
